Terms

Mollie S. Didio and Mollie Didio, LLC (collectively “Mollie Didio”) provides coaching, mentorship, courses, educational trainings, and Rapid Transformational Therapy (“RTT”) services via its online platform.

 Mollie S. Didio is not a licensed physician or medical practitioner of any kind and working with her should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor.  

Response to Becoming Visible is unique to each individual.

By submitting payment and agreeing to this form you:
Understand that Mollie Didio cannot and does not guarantee results, since my own personal success depends on many factors that Mollie Didio has no control over, including my willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of myself.  

You consent that Mollie Didio may release information to a specific individual or agency if it has been determined that a person is at risk of or is currently being abused.

If you, as a client, am in imminent danger to yourself or others, or if a subpoena of records has been requested, you consent that Mollie Didio may release information to the aforementioned parties.  

You also understand that, at any time, Mollie Didio may discuss aspects of my case with other colleagues, keeping my full name, identity, and personally identifying details completely confidential, always, unless you have given permission otherwise.

Mollie Didio, LLC is not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss.  

By submitting payment and agreeing to this form, you indicate you have read these terms and services carefully, and understand the potential risks and benefits of the services and all of your questions have been answered to your satisfaction.  

You understand and acknowledge that Mollie Didio offers support in between calls. You understand and acknowledge that any questions should be submitted via Voxer. You understand and acknowledge that response time to my messages will vary and Mollie reserves the right to respond to messages on her own timeframe and schedule.  

EXPECTATIONS: To achieve maximum results, Mollie asks that the Client agree to the following:

1. You commit to being honest and vulnerable, to lean into your edges, to take risks, mess up, learn from it and use everything for your growth and mastery because that is the path to success. You commit to creating a safe space to look at yourself and take ownership of your actions in the program.

2. You commit to showing up exactly as you are and authentically expressing yourself. You commit to taking full responsibility for yourself and your actions.

3. You understand the power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by you, and if something is not working, you commit to communicating that and making adjustments so you can take action in a way that is aligned for you.

4. You commit to showing up on time to respect the container and the presence of the coach. I as your Coach, commit to not holding back, to showing up fully in support of you in having the most powerful, transformational, life changing experience possible.    

Confidentiality Mollie Didio agrees not to disclose any identifying information pertaining to the Client, including the Client's name as a reference, without the Client’s consent.

The Client will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to Mollie Didio, LLC and Mollie Didio the individual.

While you’re free to share what you experienced and your thoughts in regards to the program and working with Mollie Didio, please treat specific personal or business details that you learn about Mollie Didio as strictly confidential.

Payment 
If you are participating in a payment plan, payments are due every two weeks, or another agreed-upon timeframe previously decided on by Mollie Didio and the client, no exceptions. Full payment is due whether or not you complete the full coaching container. No refunds will be provided. Once Mollie Didio receives your completed payment, your coaching spot will be reserved.  

By submitting this payment form, you agree you give your informed consent to participate in Becoming Visible under the terms described herein.

Permission is granted to use the materials on Companies web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • a) modify or copy the materials.
  • b) use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
  • c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Companies web site.
  • d) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
  • e) transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any copied/downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on Companies web site are provided 'as is'. Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations

Governing Law

Any claim relating to Companies web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

As an Instructor, You represent, warrant, and covenant that: No Submitted Content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
