I created this toolkit because for years on my healing journey, I wish it existed. I've never come across anything like this, and so I knew I must create it.
The goal of this toolkit is to support you through feeling the emotion that you're experiencing.
You know when people say you have to learn to "sit with" your feelings? This is how you do that.
So many of us feel unsafe with our emotions, causing cycles of triggers and dysregulation that we can't think our way out of
(this is when mindset work just doesn't work).
Allowing yourself to receive support through feeling your emotions helps train your body to feel safe with them. When you feel safe with your emotions, you'll find they actually shift quite easily, without you needing to even do anything.
You'll also find yourself being a better advocate for your own needs.
And, almost magically, you wind up getting triggered a whole hell of a lot less.
This toolkit works for you no matter if you are a seasoned emotional master or if you tend to avoid your emotions... as well as everyone in between.
The practices inside of this toolkit are all guided audios and less than 12 minutes long.
